6:00 PM | Bus Pickup & Departure - Shuttle buses will pick up attendees from the conference venue and transport them to Fenway Park.
6:00 PM – 6:30 PM | Arrival & Check-in - Upon arrival, attendees will receive their drink ticket and be directed to the reception area. Enjoy a delicious selection of ballpark-inspired food while mingling with fellow attendees. Each attendee will receive one drink ticket; a cash bar will be available for additional beverages.
7:00 PM – 7:45 PM | Guided Ballpark Tour - Take a guided tour of Fenway Park, where you’ll learn about its rich history, legendary moments, and unique features.
